Who Are We Looking For?
We aren’t looking for a hyper-specialized expert; we are looking for a curious, adaptable tech enthusiast who loves solving problems and helping people.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- A "Can-Do" Attitude: You love figuring out how things work and aren't afraid to tackle unfamiliar tech challenges and show people how exciting the result is.
- The Fundamentals: A solid baseline understanding of IT concepts (hardware, software, and basic networking).
- A Touch of Code: Basic coding exposure or a willingness to learn scripting/coding basics.
- Great Communication: You can talk to clients politely, explain tech in simple terms, and keep a cool head under pressure.
- Versatility: You are equally happy troubleshooting an email delivery issue, fixing a piece of hardware, or answering a helpdesk call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk and technical support to our business clients.
- Assist with software installations, email infrastructure management, and basic coding tasks.
- Handle hardware setups, troubleshooting, and equipment repairs.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn the ropes and contribute to growing the business.
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
