We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff members to join our team in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine efficiently and to a high standard.
- Prepare barista-quality coffees and other hot beverages.
- Provide friendly, professional and efficient service at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a team environment, communicating well with bar, floor and kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar throughout service.
- Restock fridges, glassware and bar supplies as required.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and all relevant workplace procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparation of the bar.
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
- Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance.
Pay: $33.85 – $40.62 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
