Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers or tenants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Prepare and present market analysis reports to clients to inform pricing strategies.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of clients while ensuring their best interests are represented.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and neighbourhood developments.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining client records, and coordinating appointments.
- Utilise digital marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the industry including mortgage brokers, solicitors, and surveyors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage for communicating with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to build rapport with clients and negotiate deals successfully.
- A valid real estate licence is required (or willingness to obtain one).
- A proactive approach with a strong desire to succeed in the real estate industry.
