Join Mid North Coast Local Health District as our Multicultural Health Programs Manager and help create more equitable, accessible and culturally safe health services for culturally and linguistically diverse communities across the region.
About the role
As the Multicultural Health Programs Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership to strengthen multicultural health across the District. Working closely with clinical teams, the Coffs Harbour Refugee Health Clinic, community organisations and government partners, you'll lead programs, establish governance structures, provide expert advice and embed multicultural perspectives into service planning, policy and quality improvement.
This is an opportunity to influence system-wide change while delivering meaningful outcomes for diverse communities.
About you
You're an experienced leader with a background in multicultural, refugee or population health and a passion for improving health equity. You bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience leading projects or governance groups, and the ability to influence change across complex organisations.
You'll also have excellent written communication skills, experience preparing reports or funding submissions, relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience), and a current NSW Driver Licence.
