What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for coffee and customer service
- Previous barista experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee-related equipment
- A keen eye for detail to ensure consistency in coffee preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and lattes
- Take customer orders with a friendly demeanor, providing recommendations when needed
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area
- Uphold quality standards in all aspects of coffee preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests
