Barista / Cafe Manager
We’re looking for an experienced and creative Barista / Café Manager to join our warm and welcoming community.
If you’re passionate about great coffee, enjoy the vibe of a busy café, and love leading a team, we would love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Crafting consistently high-quality coffee
- Preparing deliciously simple menu items
- Leading, mentoring and directing junior team members
- Delivering outstanding customer service (we love our customers!)
- Supporting opening/closing procedures and helping ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven barista experience
- Confidence working independently in a busy café environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A reliable, motivated attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends from 6:30am - 2pm
Position details:
- 30+ hours per week
- Rotating roster with 2 consecutive days off

Pay: $30.00 – $47.00 per hour
