Reporting to the LD&T Director ANZ, the Supply Network Planning Manager is responsible for leading the daily production scheduling, availability of stock in right location and right time through strong collaboration cross functionally for PepsiCo Snacks categories across AU Operating Unit geographies, including Innovation, Import/Export, and core operations

Job Overview:
-
Lead the end to end supply management for all products for the Australian Snacks Business to deliver 97% daily service levels.
-
Lead the inventory management & long-term capacity planning for all products
-
Provide all necessary supply communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the supply management for all domestic and imported products to deliver 98% SL.
-
Lead the long-term capacity modelling, stock builds and sourcing decisions.
-
Manage inventory holdings and corresponding freshness and obsolescence impacts.
-
Lead improvements in Supply Planning tools and technologies.
-
Lead the IBP Supply Chain Review (SCR).

Lead supply communications to internal and external stakeholders.
-
Support the AOP process and provide annual volumes to stakeholders.

Lead obsolescence clearance process & drive continuous improvement to reduce risk
-
Manage end to end process for imported products (shipping, inventory, 3rd party warehouse & distribution)
Qualifications:
- Degree qualified with 5 years’ experience in an analytical and material supply role
- Strong numeracy and Project management with analytical skills

SAP/JDA skills

Ability to manager Cross functional stakeholders

Understanding of end to end Supply Chian operation

Close collaboration with Raw Materials, Distribution center, Production Management
