Ingot Hotel Perth is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation and replenishment
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol practices are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Remain calm, organised, and efficient during busy service periods
About You:
- Previous bartending experience within a hotel, bar, or busy hospitality venue
- Strong cocktail, beer, wine, and spirits knowledge
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong team focus aligned with our values of Together is Better
Key Requirements
- Current RSA certification (essential)
- Current Approved Manager certification preferred but not essential
- Previous bar experience/cocktail making skills (essential)
- Current national police clearance (essential)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
