5th Earl Rosebery is looking for an experienced Barista to join our front-of-house team at our busy café located in The Cannery, Rosebery.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with coffee, provides friendly customer service and can confidently handle a busy café environment.
The role will include:
- Preparing coffees and other beverages quickly and consistently
- Producing quality espresso-based drinks and milk texturing
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Restocking milk, coffee and other bar supplies
- Assisting the wider front-of-house team when required
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista experience
- Is confident working on a commercial coffee machine
- Can handle a busy morning and weekend service
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented
- Works well independently and as part of a team
Latte art skills are highly regarded.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can help us deliver consistently good coffee and a welcoming experience for our customers.
Pay: $26.44 – $48.61 per hour
