Rare Studios is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our growing team. Following the opening of our new salon, we have experienced increased demand from both new and existing clients and require an additional skilled professional to support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality and experienced services including style cutting, lived in blondes, high impactful blondes, dimensional colour.
- Perform colour corrections and customised hair services tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct professional client consultations and recommend suitable hair care treatments and products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with salon operations, including stock management and ordering.
- Support the day-to-day running of the salon and help maintain a clean, professional working environment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques and product knowledge.
Skills and Experience Required.
- Minimum of 6 years' industry experience as a qualified hairdresser.
- Strong technical skills in colouring, blonding, cutting and styling.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy client schedule.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining high professional and salon standards.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
