Working under the supervision of a Pharmacist and to the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild, and QCPP, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional, supportive environment. As a Student Pharmacist, you will:
- Provide customers with advice and support for their general health queries
- Dispense prescriptions, select and label items, and prepare paperwork for checking by a Pharmacist
- Assist the Pharmacist with dispensary administration including Medicare claiming, prescription management, and documentation
- Support dispensary inventory management and ordering processes
- Replenish stock, label shelves, and participate in stocktakes as required
