We provide comprehensive migration services across a wide range of visa categories, including Skills in Demand (SC482), Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS), Regional visas, Skilled visas (189/190/491), Partner visas (309/100, 820/801), Student visas (500), Visitor visas (600), and complex review and appeal matters.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Migration Agent (MARN) to join our growing SuccessVisa Toongabbie NSW team.
This opportunity is open to Migration Agents across all experience levels who are passionate about delivering quality migration advice and client outcomes.
Our Toongabbie office serves a diverse client base across Sydney’s western suburbs, providing consistent client exposure and opportunities to manage a wide range of migration matters.

At SuccessVisa, our Migration Agents receive dedicated administrative support, allowing you to focus on client consultations, providing professional migration advice, and managing visa applications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional migration advice across a range of Australian visa categories.
- Conduct client consultations and provide clear, practical migration solutions.
- Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications and supporting documentation.
- Manage client matters independently while ensuring compliance with Australian migration legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to clients.
Requirements
- Current and valid MARA registration (MARN) — mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Australian migration legislation and visa pathways.
- Excellent written communication, organisational and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client matters independently and efficiently.
- Proficiency in LEGENDcom, ImmiAccount and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Prior migration industry experience.
- Fluency in an additional community language is highly regarded for our client demographic.
