Qualified plasterer (Full-Time)

We specialise in high-quality residential and commercial plastering services across the Northern Rivers region. With a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, we take pride in delivering clean, precise finishes on every project.
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plasterer to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing plasterboard (drywall) for walls and ceilings
- Setting, finishing, and sanding plaster surfaces to a high standard
- Cornice installation and patchwork repairs
- Suspended ceilings, bulkheads, partition walls and steel frames
- Interpreting plans and measurements for accurate installation
- Working across residential homes and commercial sites
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Liaising with builders, contractors, and team members on-site
What We Are Looking For:
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in plastering/drywall installation and finishing
- Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Good time management and reliability
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual work
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Driver’s licence preferred
Remuneration:
- $80,000 – $100,000 per year + superannuation (depending on experience)
- Full-time, ongoing position
