Project Engineer – Residential & Modular Construction

SmartShift Homes is a growing WA construction company delivering portable buildings, small-scale residential projects and site facilities. We're expanding and looking for a driven Project Engineer to grow with us and take on increasing responsibility.
The role
Supporting the Project Lead across the planning, coordination and delivery of our construction and portable-building projects. It's a mix of office and site work with a genuine pathway to progress.
What you'll do
- Assist with project planning, scheduling and cost tracking
- Coordinate drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Support procurement, suppliers and logistics
- Carry out site inspections and monitor progress
- Work closely with supervisors, trades and subcontractors
- Maintain QA, safety and project reporting records
- Help with client updates and delivery milestones
About you
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Solid understanding of construction processes and ability to read plans
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Pay: From $89,102.52 per year
