We are looking for a dedicated Cook with at least 2-3 years experience preferrably in Asian cuisine. Would need to be available to work evening shifts and willing to assist with kitchen clean down. Please consider transport options as we are only serviced by bus.
Tasks include
Preparing and cooking meals, be able to monitor food quality, portion control, and food presentation. Must be responsible for checking stock levels and ensuring proper storage of ingredients, ordering food supplies and assist with inventory control. The candidate must be skilled to examine raw ingredients for freshness and quality before cooking, maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards. Candidate needs to assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations. Must have knowledge and experience in operating kitchen equipment safely and ensuring efficient food service.
Pay: $79,000.00 – $89,000.00 per year
