As a Cellar Operator, you will play an important role in the beer production process, helping ensure every batch meets the highest standards. You will work closely with experienced brewing professionals, gaining valuable industry knowledge while contributing to the success of a growing and innovative brewery.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring fermentation processes, transferring beer between tanks, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, conducting quality checks, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting packaging operations. You will help create a safe, efficient, and productive work environment while ensuring product quality remains outstanding.
The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, physically capable, and eager to learn. Previous experience in brewing, food production, manufacturing, or cellar operations is beneficial but not essential as training and support will be provided.
