Overview
Seeking an organized, customer‑focused Office Administrator to support a small cleaning services business. You’ll manage client communications, staff scheduling, basic accounts tracking, and day‑to‑day operational support within our existing operations and accounting system.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls, messages, and emails for enquiries and bookings, confirm appointments and follow up as needed.
- Create, update and maintain staff schedules, assign jobs and manage availability/cover.
- Record and track quotes, raise invoices, reconcile payments, and assist with staff payment processing.
- Monitor job quality feedback, respond to daily operational requests from staff, and escalate issues when required.
- Provide general administrative support.
Required Qualifications
- Native English speaker.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with computers and comfortable using current technologies.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years administrative or customer‑service experience
- Knowledge of Australian employment and payroll laws and regulations.
- Basic bookkeeping skills (experience with invoicing, reconciliations, payroll entry).
- Familiarity with cleaning services or field service operations.
