About the Role
Zambrero Dapto is looking for an energetic and reliable Casual Team Member to join our 'Zam Fam.' This is an all-rounder role where you will be involved in everything from serving our customers to preparing our fresh ingredients. We are initially offering a casual position up to 15 hours per week, with a strong requirement for daytime and weekend availability. This position is perfect for students or those looking to start their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptionally friendly customer service with a smile.

Preparing fresh food and following recipes accurately.

Operating the POS system and handling customer transactions.

Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas and food prep stations.

Showing initiative to help the team during busy periods.

Assisting with anything else needed to ensure a great customer experience.
Requirements

Availability to work during the day and on weekends is essential.

Keen to work and reliable for scheduled shifts.

Flexibility to pick up additional shifts when required.

Hospitality or customer service experience is a bonus, but not a necessity as full training is provided.
