About the role
This role is built for someone who genuinely loves content, marketing, and the craft of making things that actually work.
This is a casual role with a potential pathway to part-time or full-time for the right person.
You'll be out across Melbourne every month, on location with 20+ clients, producing video and photo content alongside our existing production team. You'll also coordinate with our post-production team, contribute to project strategy, and grow in an environment that moves fast and rewards initiative.

What you'll be doing
- Producing video and photo content on-site at client locations across Melbourne
- Managing and coordinating projects with our post-production (editing) team
- Contributing to scripting and content strategy across our client base
- Collaborating on advertising and business development content for our own brand growth
- Opportunities to grow into further roles as your experience develops

- Someone with a genuine interest in content, marketing, social media, and branding
- Confident, motivated, and ready to back themselves - we're growing fast and want people who want to grow with us
- Production and directing experience.
- Available to travel across Melbourne suburbs for regular shoot days
