About the role
We are looking for a motivated Juniors to help lead our service team and support smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their visit.
- Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of all guest areas, including reception, dining areas, and common spaces.
- Provide prompt and efficient service, whether taking orders, serving food and beverages, or assisting with any guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with the senior team members to maintain high-quality standards and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
- Learn and adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and fellow team members.
- Handle guest feedback and requests with empathy and a can-do attitude, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Support other team members in various tasks to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to improve skills and knowledge in hospitality best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not mandatory. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different situations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per the business needs.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
