In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering systems engineering leadership for Operational Technology projects, this role will see you support the design and delivery of safe, reliable and future‑ready transport systems across NSW.
You will lead and apply systems engineering practices across the project lifecycle, helping define system requirements, develop technical documentation and provide assurance that solutions meet customer, safety and regulatory needs.
You’ll work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders, offering expert advice and shaping consistent, fit‑for‑purpose outcomes.

About you
Your strong technical expertise, problem‑solving skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders, built through experience in systems engineering, OT or complex infrastructure environments, will see you succeed in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical setting supporting multiple projects at once.
You’re recognised as a trusted technical adviser, skilled at applying systems engineering methods and influencing outcomes, with experience working on complex or safety‑critical projects where quality, governance and reliability really matter.
