Through the merger of Bank Australia and Qudos Bank we’re creating a better, stronger and more resilient bank for our customers and employees. As one company with two trusted brands, we’re building on the strong foundations of our history and shared values as we bring together the best of both banks.
We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Business Controls Analyst to join our Customer Division and play a pivotal role in strengthening risk and control practices across Line 1.
The Senior Business Controls Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and enhancing controls across Customer & Payments, Fraud, Scams, and AML/CTF processes. You’ll help ensure we meet our regulatory obligations, uplift our control frameworks, and embed a proactive, resilient risk culture.
Working across the end-to-end risk lifecycle, you’ll partner with stakeholders to improve risk visibility, drive process improvements, and deliver actionable insights that support sound decision-making and governance.
