Altruistic Nursing and Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to our aged care clients in Belmore.
This is a casual position providing regular weekly support to clients in their homes. Greek-speaking applicants are highly preferred, as the role may involve supporting Greek-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and respectful in-home support to aged care clients.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care, where required.
- Provide domestic assistance, including light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general household tasks.
- Assist with shopping, appointments, and community access where required.
- Support clients to maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
- Develop positive and respectful relationships with clients and their families.
- Follow individual care plans and provide support in accordance with organisational procedures.
- Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, dignity, and privacy at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the care team regarding client needs and changes in circumstances.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Female Support Worker
- Greek-speaking is highly preferred
- Caring, patient, reliable, and respectful.
- Passionate about working with older people and providing quality care.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, community care, or a similar role is preferred.
- Able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions.
- Professional, punctual, and dependable.
- Holds relevant qualifications such as Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent (preferred).
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is desirable.
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport are desirable.
