Seeking passionate and experienced permanent trainer to join our team to facilitate the training and carry out work placement visits in Melbourne for the following courses:
Deliver and administer accredited training to participants as part of the training delivery
Mentor and support course participants to develop skills identified to meet their needs
Meet all student administration/records and compliance deliverables
Conduct Work Placement visits for each student at least twice while they are on their compulsory placement
Liaising with the Work Placement Team to arrange dates and times for site visits and then carry out observations of each student in their respective workplaces
Collecting and assessing completed Student Workplace Logbooks
Work with training team and the wider business to ensure quality of customer service progression and compliance
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance
Significant work experience in Health or related industry
Passion to train and motivate others
Ability to deliver dynamic engaging training both online and face to face
Excellent time management and communication skills
Excellent computer/email/Zoom/internet skills
Drivers license and own reliable transport
Working with Children Check and ability to complete a police check
Any other associated qualifications would be highly regarded
