The CALMM is seeking an exceptional practitioner to join our Newport studio.
We’re open to applications from experienced Remedial Massage Therapists, Lymphatic Massage Therapists, or Beauty Therapists who share our belief that healing begins with presence, thoughtful touch, and genuine care.
Whether your passion lies in therapeutic bodywork, lymphatic therapies, or holistic skin and facial treatments, we’re looking for someone who is committed to creating meaningful experiences for every client who walks through our doors.
About The CALMM
The CALMM is a boutique wellness studio with locations in Rose Bay and Newport.
Since opening in 2018, our mission has been to create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience truly exceptional care. Our treatments combine evidence-informed practice with a deeply holistic philosophy, supporting the body, nervous system, and mind as one.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team of practitioners who value professionalism, continual learning, and delivering treatments with intention.
About the Role
This position may suit one practitioner with multiple skill sets or therapists specialising in different modalities.
We’re looking for practitioners experienced in one or more of the following:
- Remedial Massage• Manual Lymphatic Drainage• Holistic Facial & Beauty Treatments
Your role will involve:
- Delivering exceptional treatments that reflect The CALMM experience
- Creating a welcoming, professional and personalised experience for every client
- Conducting thorough consultations and adapting treatments to individual needs
- Maintaining accurate treatment notes and client records
- Recommending appropriate treatment plans and home care where relevant
- Working collaboratively with our practitioner team
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism, presentation and client care
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- A Diploma of Remedial Massage, Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
- Current association membership and professional indemnity/public liability insurance (where applicable)
- Eligibility for private health rebates (Remedial Massage applicants)
- A minimum of two years’ clinical experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, compassionate and professional approach
- A genuine passion for ongoing learning and holistic health
