In this role, you'll:
Facilitate collaboration between the Engagement team and stakeholders by managing enquiries, providing business support, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.
Oversee accurate portfolio reporting, prepares governance materials (e.g. submissions, meeting papers), provides secretariat support, and maintains records, trackers, and documentation in line with standards and compliance requirements.
Support continuous improvement of engagement and reporting practices while ensuring all activities meet organisational policies, governance frameworks, and information management requirements.

About you
You take ownership of your work and decisions, managing your day-to-day priorities while following proper governance, probity and ethical standards, and knowing when to escalate more complex or sensitive issues.
You plan, organise and deliver work effectively, using your experience with reporting, governance processes and documentation to meet deadlines and keep things running smoothly.
You communicate clearly and work well with others, building strong relationships, staying accountable, and using your skills and knowledge to support the team and deliver consistent, quality outcomes.
