As a Fire Safety and Security Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in keeping people safe and supported across a busy hospital environment. From guiding teams through complex situations to strengthening prevention and response capability, your expertise helps create confidence and security at every level.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Leading and coaching a security team to deliver consistent, high-quality safety outcomes
Coordinating responses to incidents and risks, including de-escalation and emergency situations
Strengthening safety systems through proactive inspections, risk assessments and improvements
Collaborating with staff and emergency services to ensure effective, calm and coordinated responses

Experience in fire safety, security operations or emergency response environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through complex situations
Clear communication and sound judgement under pressure
Ability to assess risk, prioritise effectively and adapt in dynamic environments
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare or large, complex sites and/or training in incident management or emergency response.
