We are currently recruiting for energetic, enthusiastic hard working individual who has previous experience as a Gaming Attendant or Supervisor roles and customer service in the club or hotel environment.
As a gaming attendant, you’ll ensure that patrons, members and their guests are served in a prompt, efficient, friendly and professional manner. You’ll provide food and beverage service to customers and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the gaming floor. Above award pay offered!
The successful applicant will be energetic, enthusiastic and will need to demonstrate:
- Minimum 2 year experience performing bar, gaming and cash handling duties or the motivation to quickly learn
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude
- Success in working in a team environment and the flexibility to handle changing customer needs
- Sound knowledge and experience of gaming operations
- Availability for night and weekend shifts
- Keen eye for attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Current RSA, RCG certificates
