We are looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist in a GP practice.
- Experience using Best Practice software is essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong administrative and computer skills.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service.
- Booking and managing appointments using Best Practice.
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries.
- Processing Medicare and EFTPOS payments.
- Managing patient records and general administrative duties.
- Liaising with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Pay: $25.00 – $36.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
