Brighton Honda, Geely & Chery, part of the award-winning, family-owned Jowett Motor Group, is looking for a fun, bubbly and organised Receptionist to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is engaged and capable and enjoys being part of a team in a growing business.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience from the moment they visit or contact the dealership.
This is a part-time position of 18 hours per week across 4 days, with 4.5-hour shifts:
Monday / Thursday 8:30am - 1:00pm
Wednesday / Friday 1:00pm - 5:30pm

About the role
As our Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in the customer experience, ensuring every customer is welcomed and directed to the relevant team member in a timely manner.
You’ll work closely with our Sales, Service and Management teams to ensure the dealership runs smoothly, with customers being our first priority.
Key responsibilities

Meet & greet customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls and enquiries
- Provide general administrative and reception support to the dealership
- Assist with appointment enquiries and customer requests
- Work closely with Sales, Service and Management to ensure customers are assisted promptly
- Maintain the reception and showroom areas
- Follow dealership processes, systems and compliance requirements
About you
You might be coming from retail, hospitality, administration, customer service, events or another people-focused environment — or you may simply be looking for a part-time role

Are a people person who enjoys interacting with others
- Organised, thorough, with great attention to detail
- Are confident, professional and well presented
- Are adaptable and able to multi-task
- Familiar with Microsoft 365 suite
- Are reliable, punctual and keen to learn
- Hold a current driver’s licence
Automotive experience is a bonus, not a must.

Jowett Motor Group was born from the experience and forethought of Tony Jowett in 1995 with brands Audi, Volkswagen and Subaru, before opening Eastern Honda Doncaster in 2000 which remains today.
