Longs Packaging Pty Ltd is a family-owned food packaging supplier based in Clayton South. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson to join our team and help ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately
- Prepare orders for dispatch and freight collection
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and incoming freight safely.
- Check incoming stock
- Put stock away and maintain warehouse organisation
- Assist with inventory control
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- General warehouse and operational duties as required
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (if licensed)
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload delivery vehicles and incoming freight
- Conduct local customer deliveries and collections
- Receive, check, and put away stock
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards
- Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Complete delivery paperwork and warehouse documentation
- Conduct local customer deliveries and collections
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse, storeperson or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Forklift licence required
- Current Australian Driver's Licence required
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good driving record
