About the Role
- Location: Morayfield
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Role Focus: Providing dual operational support across general administrative functions and entry-level financial processing to ensure seamless day-to-day office operations, warm client reception, accurate invoicing, and daily fee processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Support and Processing: Assist with client invoicing, receiving payments (EFTPOS, merchant facilities, direct deposits), basic third-party billing details (NDIS, Medicare, Private Health Insurance, WorkCover, DVA), accounts payable, and maintaining precise financial records.
- General Administration and Reception: Deliver friendly, professional on-site reception service, manage incoming calls and team emails, conduct opening/closing procedures, and manage intake documents and client files.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with administrative and clinical peers to support continuous process improvement and smooth clinic flow.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications & Clearances: Current Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or proof of application prior to commencement), ongoing right to work in Australia, and a current QLD Class C Driver's Licence.
- Technical Aptitude: Capacity to quickly learn spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets), accounting software (e.g., Xero), and practice management/CRM systems.
- Core Skills: Sound mathematical skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional Standards: Ability to handle confidential information professionally and follow structured processes.
- Culture Fit: Strong alignment with TAG values, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn on the job!
Please note, this is a junior position with full training provided so don’t worry if you don’t have previous experience because we will teach you everything you need to know.
