Salary: $68,865 – $80,000 (depending on experience and skill set)

Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and Food & Beverage team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operational logistics, and leading a high-performing team. The Restaurant Manager will enhance the guest experience, support staff development, and work closely with our Hotel and Casino departements.

Experience & Qualifications
Completion of a hospitality, F&B, or restaurant management qualification
Relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF Diploma (preferred)
3–5 years of relevant hospitality or F&B management experience
Strong knowledge of F&B operations and service delivery
Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
High level of computer literacy (POS, rostering systems, MS Office, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated customer service excellence
