Love leading people? Thrive in fast paced environments? We're looking for passionate Casual Team Leaders to join the crew at Yo-Chi Castle Towers!
As a Team Leader, you'll lead from the front, bring the energy on every shift, and help create the fun, welcoming experience that keeps our guests coming back for more. Working closely with the Venue Leadership team, you'll play a key role in developing the crew, driving performance, and making every shift a great one.
What you'll be doing
- Lead shifts with confidence and keep the good vibes flowing
- Support the Venue Leadership team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members to be their best
- Help drive performance, achieve KPIs, and maintain operational excellence
- Ensure every guest leaves with a smile (and plans to come back!)
We're looking for someone who
- Has leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or QSR (fast food experience is a bonus)
- Loves developing people and creating positive team culture
- Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a positive, can-do attitude
- Is available to work evenings, weekends, and regular closing shifts
