Audi Mosman is seeking an experienced and driven New Car Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team and continue delivering outstanding results in one of Sydney's most affluent and prestigious automotive markets.

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will take ownership of the New Vehicle Department, leading a team of approximately six Sales Executives while driving performance, profitability, and customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position where your ability to coach, motivate, close deals, and lead from the front will be critical to success.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of approximately 6 New Vehicle Sales Executives.

Drive monthly department performance with a target volume of 60–80 new vehicle deliveries per month.

Work closely with the sales team on customer negotiations and double-closing opportunities to maximise conversion rates.

Manage sales processes, pipeline activity and daily performance metrics.

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the ownership journey.

Recruit, train and develop future sales talent.

Work collaboratively with Finance & Insurance, Aftersales and Marketing departments.

Maintain strong stock management and vehicle ordering disciplines.

Drive a high-performance culture focused on accountability, professionalism and results.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a New Vehicle Sales Management role.

Proven track record of leading a successful automotive sales team.

Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage sales targets and departmental profitability.

Highly effective negotiator with strong double-closing and deal-structuring capabilities.

Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Professional presentation befitting a premium automotive brand.

Current driver's licence.
