Vitium Cura Pty Ltd is urgently seeking a reliable and compassionate Disability Support Worker for a participant who is ready to commence supports in Dundurrabin.
Role includes:
- Community access and social participation
- Supporting independence and daily activities
- Attending appointments and activities as required
- Gardening activities, including establishing a veggie garden
- Completing progress notes and documentation
Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- First Aid & CPR
- Police Check
- Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Relevant experience in disability support
- Interest in gardening is highly desirable
