Roles and responsibilities:
- Experience in leading, configuring and implementing large, enterprise SAP HCM projects.
- Minimum 1 full life cycle SAP S/4 HANA HCM implementations
- Design, configure and maintain payroll components including; wage types, benefits integration, deductions, off-cycle activity, garnishments, accumulations, date and period modifiers and reporting
- Basic exposure of working in SAP Schema and PCRs. Time Management and understanding of PT60, Time evaluation and Time schema
- Understanding of SAP HR functions like Setting of Personnel Actions, Dynamic Actions, Valuation basis, Absence Type, Absence Quota, Works schedules.
- Understand setup and processing of various payroll calendars, pay cycles, weekly/ bi-weekly/ monthly payrolls for various employee types including hourly and salaried employees.
- Experience with SAP HR related issues, developing process maps, completing configuration, creating technical development specs, performing application testing, gathering business requirements, and handling change management activities in support of SAP HR Payroll processes.
- Understanding integrations with SAP HR components such as Personnel Administration, Personnel Time Management, Incentive Wages and Accounting.
- Basic Experience with SAP Time Evaluation functionality preferred.
General knowledge of core functionality within the SAP HCM Module as well as cross module awareness within the SAP ERP Application
10.Working knowledge of customer business processes in the payroll area
11.Experience with SAP tools (e.g. LSMW, workflow, portal)
12.Working knowledge of configuration for the SAP Payroll Module and its integration points with all other SAP modules as well as ESS and MSS.
