You'll be doing:

Plan and coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews

Liaise with customers to lock in bookings, timeframes and site access

Keep scheduling and job management systems up to date

Get schedule changes to field teams fast, before they hit the road

Coordinate with suppliers so materials are on-site when needed
You'll need:

Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination (highly regarded)

Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail

Confident on the phone, comfortable when priorities shift fast

Handy with scheduling / job management software (or quick to pick it up)

Calm under pressure, sorts problems instead of sitting on them
