About the Role
As a Trident Security Officer, you'll be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety of everyone on site. This is a fast-paced retail environment where strong communication, sound judgement, and a proactive approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and front-line support
- Maintain a strong and professional security presence throughout the centre
- Identify and respond proactively to potential safety and security risks
- Respond to medical, security, and emergency incidents in line with site procedures
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily documentation
- Apply conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques effectively
- Liaise professionally with retailers, centre management, and emergency services
About You
- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control function
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-first attitude and professional presentation
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster
- Previous experience in retail or other regulated environments is desirable
