About us
We are a family-owned and operated care provider that has grown from a small local team in 2019 to more than 200 people across the Hunter, Central Coast and Sydney regions. Today, we support over 3000 people through the NDIS, CHSP and SAH programs, while keeping the practical, down-to-earth approach we started with.
About the role

Deliver speech pathology services across a caseload of aged care and NDIS clients

Tailor treatment approaches to individual needs, with caseloads matched to your skills and areas of comfort

Work within a supportive team structure, with in-house clinical supervision from our Service Lead (12+ years' experience in Speech Pathology)

Support clients with a range of presentations across community-based and clinic appointments
Successful Candidates Will Have

Bachelor of Speech Pathology and SPA registration

Minimum 2 years' experience in NDIS or aged care (community experience highly desirable)

Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, empathetic, compassionate approach to care

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Drivers licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.
