The Team & Role
The Outpatients Administration Clerk is an integral part of the Outpatient Services team, responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and informative reception experience for patients and visitors across sites. This role also provides high-quality administrative and clerk support to ensure efficient clinic operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with organisational policies.

Skills & Experience Required
Understands, and is able to use, common software applications, Microsoft office.
Effective, clear and courteous reception & customer service communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
