Your Opportunity:
The Cloud Operations & Automation Engineer is responsible for supporting the stability, availability, security, and performance of Lovisa’s automation solutions and cloud-hosted platforms. This role primarily focuses on the development, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation solutions built using UiPath and Python, while also supporting cloud-based environments and services within Microsoft Azure.
The Cloud Operations & Automation Engineer plays a key role in supporting business operations by identifying automation opportunities, streamlining business processes, and ensuring seamless upstream and downstream data flows between enterprise applications. Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, release management, environment validation, disaster recovery, and maintenance activities across development, test, and production environments.
Develop, maintain, and support automation solutions, scripts, and reusable components using UiPath, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, and related technologies to improve operational efficiency and process automation.
Support integrations, data flows, batch processing, file transfers, and interoperability between enterprise applications, third-party systems, SFTP platforms, databases, APIs, and cloud services.
Participate in automation testing, production support, incident management, issue reconciliation, and performance optimisation to ensure operational stability and reliability.
Maintain secure cloud operations by following Azure security best practices, RBAC principles, governance standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and process owners to support cloud-hosted solutions, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, technical specifications, and support guides, while participating in after-hours support, deployments, and critical incident response as required.
