As our Victorian Water Sector Lead, you'll combine hands-on advisory and project work with the opportunity to help grow and shape our water capability. Building the business won't happen alongside client delivery—it will happen because of it. What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with clients across government, utilities and the private sector, helping them navigate complex infrastructure challenges while contributing to the continued growth of our Victorian Water business.
Depending on your experience and interests, you'll have the opportunity to work across:
- Water infrastructure advisory
- Project and program management
- Capital project delivery
- Infrastructure planning and governance
- Asset management
- Commercial and strategic advisory
You'll also help identify new opportunities, build trusted client relationships, mentor emerging talent and collaborate with our national specialists to deliver integrated solutions for our clients.
About You
You're someone who enjoys building relationships just as much as solving problems.
You may already be leading a team or sector, or you may be an experienced Senior Associate, Associate Director or Project Director looking for the opportunity to step into a broader leadership role.
You'll ideally bring:
- Experience working within Victoria's water sector or closely related infrastructure markets.
- A genuine passion for working alongside clients and becoming their trusted advisor.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Water infrastructure advisory
- Project and program management
- Capital project delivery
- Infrastructure planning and governance
- Asset management
- Commercial and strategic advisory
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to the continued growth of a business.
- A collaborative leadership style and a desire to mentor and develop others.
