Practice Manager – Greencross Vets Cannington
Greencross Vets Cannington is looking for a Practice Manager to lead the reopening of our clinic – could it be you?
Please note: This role requires a veterinary background (Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent).

This is a rare opportunity to reopen and shape a clinic from the ground up.
Our Cannington clinic is currently temporarily closed, and we are seeking a capable and motivated Practice Manager to bring it back to life. You’ll be supported by an experienced nurse, and we already have veterinarians ready to join the team — what we need is the right leadership to rebuild and guide the clinic forward.

Located within a busy Petbarn retail store, the clinic connects directly with a large and engaged pet-owning community.

Your Day-to-Day

Oversee clinic operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running

Lead, support, and develop your team

Manage rostering, inventory, and HR processes
-
Recruit and build a strong nursing team

Drive continuous improvement in systems and workflows

Maintain a high level of client service and team engagement
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)

Veterinary industry experience (essential)

Previous leadership or management experience (preferred)

Strong organisational and communication skills

A calm and solutions-focused approach

A proactive mindset with the ability to build and improve systems
