Adecco is the proud staffing partner for the Good Food & Wine Festival 2026 (16-19th July) , and we are seeking experienced Bar Team Leaders to lead frontline hospitality teams and help deliver an exceptional guest experience across premium event spaces.
This is a hands-on leadership position across the four-day event (16–19th July), with typical hours from 9:30am to 6:00pm .
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support bar staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure efficient preparation and service of beverages in line with RSA requirements
- Oversee daily bar operations, including setup, restocking, and pack-down
- Monitor service quality, presentation, and staff performance on shift
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with bar managers to maintain supply
- Promote and enforce responsible service of alcohol at all times
- Act as a key point of contact for escalations, guest enquiries, and issue resolution
- Support training, briefing, and motivation of team members
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional bar environment
Work closely with event managers and other team leaders to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile
- Proven experience in a bar supervisor or team leader role within events, festivals, or hospitality venues
- Current RSA certification (essential)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Confident working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- High standards of professional presentation and service delivery
- Availability for all event days ( 16–19 July )
