Greek-Speaking Disability Support Workers Wanted – Oakleigh & Cranbourne!
Are you a Greek-speaking Disability Support Worker looking for meaningful work where you can make a genuine difference?
We are currently looking for male and female Greek-speaking support workers to support clients in the Oakleigh and Cranbourne areas.
✨ We are looking for people who:
- Speak Greek confidently
- Have experience in disability support or a genuine passion for supporting people
- Are reliable, caring and respectful
- Are available to work in Oakleigh and/or Cranbourne
- Are under 50 years of age
✨ What We're Looking For
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or Nursing qualification)
- Minimum 2 years' experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience providing complex personal care
- Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights (all visa holders with valid work rights are encouraged to apply)
