About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Takes ownership of their patients
- Is confident in diagnosis and treatment planning
- Wants to be part of a structured, high-performing team
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Adult & child preventive and periodontal care
- Diagnosis and treatment planning within scope
- OHI, scaling, debridement, and maintenance
- Working closely with dentists to support comprehensive treatment plans
- Building strong patient relationships and trust
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Ability to educate and convert patients into ongoing care
- High attention to detail and clinical standards
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
