In this meaningful frontline role, you’ll help people who have experienced homelessness or housing instability build confidence, maintain their tenancy and feel more connected to their community. Using a trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred approach, you’ll provide practical support, advocacy and case management that empowers clients to work toward greater independence and long-term housing stability.
