Description of the role: We’re seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our IT team. In this role, you’ll provide advanced technical support across end-user, infrastructure, and application environments, ensuring the timely resolution of complex issues and the delivery of high-quality IT services. You’ll play a key role in driving operational improvements, maintaining service excellence, and contributing to the development of team capability and IT service maturity.
What makes you ‘just right’:
3–5+ years' experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar technical role, with exposure to infrastructure, cloud, and application environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, endpoint management, and identity and access management technologies.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting senior leaders and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals, and ITIL Foundation v4 are highly regarded.
What your day might look like:
Provide advanced technical support across end-user, infrastructure, and application environments, acting as the escalation point for complex incidents and service requests.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, endpoint management, and identity and access management services.
Lead incident and problem resolution activities, conducting root cause analysis and working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver timely outcomes.
Deliver exceptional customer service to all staff, including senior leaders and executives, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of support.
Manage user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, access management, licensing, and compliance with security and audit requirements.
Support endpoint security and device management, ensuring devices remain secure, compliant, and operational throughout their lifecycle.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, aligning IT services with business needs and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Contribute to IT projects, service improvement initiatives, and technology roadmaps that enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
Maintain knowledge articles, documentation, and service records while contributing to process improvement and IT service maturity.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing, technical development, and a culture of continuous improvement.
