Hiring Female Disability Support Workers – Bannockburn!
We are seeking passionate, empathetic female disability support workers to support a participant in Bannockburn, QLD. This is a casual role offering consistent hours for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
- Promoting Independence: A genuine, supportive caregiver dedicated to helping a participant build independence with daily living activities.
- Community & Communication: Enthusiasm for encouraging community participation and aiding with communication goals.
- Psychosocial Support: Experience supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities is highly preferred.
- Adaptability: Willingness and flexibility to work variable and flexible shifts.
Key Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Valid Driver’s License with a reliable, registered vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certifications
- NDIS Quality & Safeguards Orientation Module ("Quality, Safety and You")
